I love how quiet and safe the apartment are.

Do NOT move into this complex. Management tells tenants what they want to hear then NEVER corrects the issue.
I had a zero balance and then unexplained charges were made to my account. I asked for a printout iof all debits and credits on my account. Six weeks later, I still dont have it and they deducted charges from my security deposit. We had an armed carjacking At OUR FRONT DOOR! Had apartment upstairs flood our unit, management NEVER called and we had to move everything out of harms way. We had to call security over 14 times in 6 months there and management never fixed the ongoing problem. Rent anywhere except at Dogwood.

I have been a very pleased tenant for 7 year now. As a single woman, safety is a major concern of mine.I have never had a problem AT ALL.

Dogwood Creek has been catching some bad publicity the past few weeks about the safety of the complex. If you watch the news or read reports online, you will notice that there has been 6 crimes committed in the past 2 weeks that are very uncharacteristic of Collierville. Dogwood Creek just happened to be the first one that was reported.
I am a proud resident of Dogwood Creek for over 10 years and have NEVER had the feeling that I was not safe.
My heart goes out to the victim of the crime.
I will update this in 1 month
