Updated review- I had previously given a much higher rating. However upon my move out they charged me for damage that I did not do. Evidently the counter top was scratched and they said I did it. However there were many issues in my kitchen requiring maintenance and I continue to contend it was one of them that scratched it. I have made several requests to talk to the corporate office and was provided with a number for a cell phone and did not receive any response. In addition to that concern, the office lost the key they had for my apartment for maintenance to use and they required me to make a duplicate to provide to them. At the time of me moving out, they still had not corrected issues that I had identified on move in.

I have had several maintenance issues over my 5 months. Not the fault of the property- my dishwasher stopped working and as soon as the new unit arrived it was replaced! This morning my shower wouldn't turn on. All other water was working. When I got home from work they had it fixed!!! Sooo very happy with their prompt response!!! The office staff are also very helpful and go above and beyond!!!

I would suggest that large dogs not be allowed in upstairs apartments. The people over me have a very large dog. He runs across the apartment knocking things off my walls. He also runs and barks late at night.
