Waterford Landings

We have lived here for about 8 months, and are moving out in May only because we bought a house in Erin. We have had a great experience here. The rent was very affordable, and the facilities were clean and a pleasure to use. Our apartment (2bd 2 bath) is small, but cozy. The management has been gracious to us, and they were so diligent about getting repairs done to our apartment after it flooded during the ice storm in December. We were out of town and they took steps to take care of our apartment and keep us posted until we got home. They were patient with us as we kept them informed about what needed to be done, and the only delays were because of scheduling issues with the contractors. They discounted our rent several times to compensate for delays in the repairs without us asking them to do so. The maintenance staff is awesome. George is one of the most diligent and knowledgeable workers there, and took such good care of all our issues as we had them. He is a great guy, and honestly well miss seeing him every day! I cant remember the name of the guy who handled plumbing, with the long beard, but he was fantastic and friendly as well. We really have enjoyed our time at this apartment complex. I know not everyone has had the same experience as we have, but we have nothing bad to say about this place.

I decided to move out of this complex because of an issue with the maintenance staff. This place appears nice but the unprofessional is unreal. My remaining deposit was $9.71. They called left message after message for me to pick it up. Then they turned a put a stop payment on it. I have been in contact with the main office in Nashville(Trisha) and same unprofessional results.Mike wants to talk smart in an email but when I was at the office he was all smiles. THE STAFFING IS A JOKE. Don't be surprised to go into the office and find maintenence staff sitting at the desk and on the computers. If any higher ups in this company may read this email, My information should still be on file in the office. I have all email correspondence to show you how your company is being ran. I'm sure youbwon't like it

I would NOT live here again and would not recommend to anyone. There are cockroaches, unless you keep your apartment below 67. I have had three fall on my head from the vent while SLEEPING, and several around the apartment. They told me they were native to TN when I said something. They do NOT follow the contact on their end and try to screw you over with hidden fees and extra charges. Their pools NEVER open on time, the grill was always dirty and half broke - so the amenities are not worth it. The apartments are overpriced and the company itself is money hungry. Expect to pay hundreds of dollars upon move out for various cleaning fees that they spring on you and then blame you for not scheduling a final walk through with them although the contract says they will contact you to set up an appointment. This place is NOT worth the struggle or money, do not waste your time.

Very friendly staff, the apartment are kept up, grass is kept cut, and the buildings were pressured washed this summer. Neighbor are friendly. A nice place to live. Very close to shopping, mall, Walmart, and many fast food places as well as chain restaurants.
