I moved in my town house in April and it seemed to be okay. Overtime I started to see rodents ( roaches ) and I never ever had roaches no matter where I lived !!! So I took it upon myself to try and get rid of them. So I had my husband pull out everything in the kitchen to spray and what do you know that's where all the roaches were. I pay 773 for rent and it's not worth it . This town house came with a very outdated and a nasty refrigerator and then they thought they were doing us a favor by putting in a new stove when the old one was just as nasty and out dated as the refrigerator. What ever you do please do not decide to live here the living conditions are not worth the money you pay to rent .

I enjoyed my time here. The apartment complex underwent new management while I was there and it got a lot better. I just moved back and will probably move back here.
