Rent on this site is too low. The new prices have increased. A one bedroom was previously $690 and is now $810. My heating and air went out multiple times. I knew a person with a two bedroom apartment where the shower leaked into the kitchen downstairs. Maintenance halfway fixed this problem as well, and it kept reoccurring. There were dead rats left under my dishwasher when I moved in. The complex is simple outdated and a bit nasty. The staff is generally not very helpful. Compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in, this is by far my worst experience with management and living conditions. This are just NOT worth the money, especially with the increased prices. You can live in much nicer apartments for relatively the same cost, if not cheaper. For a complex next to a campus, the price is not student friendly. I would absolutely recommend others to consider living elsewhere. I have several friends who also had a poor experience living in these apartments.

Overall, a very responsive staff. A very nice group of people. The apartment is holding up. The landlord is non invasive and doesn't require much from tenants other than paying rent. The grounds are kept neat. The rent hasn't increased much.

My wife and I have lived here for about 5 years now and it's been rather fantastic. The location is excellent. Close to just about everything.
