The Fountains at Meadow Wood

Management and maintenance are good. They will definitely look into a complaint or fix things in a timely manner. with that said they need a better standard when it comes to clean apartments. I been here only four months and saw some black bugs and I moved the dryer and holy crap there literally was an infestation behind the dryer it was totally disgusting. The dryer vent looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Everyone appreciates not having to buy a washer and dryer but if the property cannot maintain the appliance or the cleaning where they sit it's better to just have tenants bring their own. I am still very disgusted. If I leave dog poop on the ground, we get fined. so, what happens when I have to clean something that should have been done before I got here. do I get reimbursed? We pay A LOT of money to stay in apartments the least that can be done is that it is sanitary when we move in. I chose this place because of how it looked and where it sat thinking the apartments were kept up. Its not a bad place but they need to implement some things especially if they are paying people to clean these places when folks move out. They are clearly not doing a good job.

The price looks right, but the size is too small. I need at least 1100 sqft.
