Well I'm needing to come look at ur apartments and hopefully become a resident there.
I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment all level no up stairs
I love this place! The grounds are very nice and well kept up! The apartments themselves are very very clean. Maintenance does everything in a very timely manner Ive never had any problems!! The staff in the front office is also very nice and know there stuff!! This is a great community to live in overall.
Honestly Im beyond glad I moved out. The front desk girls are beyond incompetent. The women leave notes for you to read on your doors over the stupidest problems like parking. Telling you where you can an cannot park although there is no assigned parking. Was paying 1000+ a month for them to tell me and my husband that we couldnt both park in front of our own apartment. They add fees for everything. And also in the rental agreement they make a very small article in a random spot telling you that at anytime and for any reason without any notice they may enter your home. I didnt have any pets but right before I left they removed both the large breed dog parks and put in a poor excuse for a play area. Then had the nerve to put notices on everyones door saying that they are trying to preserve the areas and that we should take pets around the areas they are trying to fix( which was almost everywhere) leaving basically no where. This complex is all in all completely worthless for the amount of money you spend.
Utilities such as water and trash should be included in the rent.
