After paying my application fee I was declined within hours. They wouldnt even consider the fact that everything on my credit report had been paid off for years and the missed payments happened during Covid.

Far too many unethical dilemmas to mention, that involve money, transparency, and Unprofessional behavior. Avoid this place if you can.

The appliances are probably 20-25 years old. The walls are paper thin. I can hear the fat man snoring downstairs like he is in my bed. The floor is extremely squeaky and there are roaches. My first two years, there werent any but dirty people moved in and brought their bugs with them, they didnt take them when they got evicted. The rent goes up every year and nothing is ever updated. There are corners of the house that I have scrubbed with bleach numerous times, but it still looks dirty. Dont waste your time, find somewhere else to live!

I absolutely hate it here, i work all day and come home late to constantly getting letters of to many people living here and smoke smell . I am currently getting threatened of getting kicked out. When I confront them they never listen to me. There is no fire alarms, and the air conditioner breaks every week and the stove burners catch on fire so much ever on when I clean them.. I absolutely hate it here . This is the worse place I've ever lived. Not recommended for any younger person at all.

I live on the bottom floor and the floor are very squeaky. Pray you don't have loud neighbors because walls and ceiling are thin. On the other hand the community is great. I feel safe living here. Maintenance staff is wonderful and quick to respond.
