the new management of the last 2 years will do anything to make your living here safe and secure. any repairs are usually done the same day. i made a call about the flush handle on the toilet, ran quick to the post office down the street and by the time i got back it was fixed. if you have pets, the maintenance guys are very aware and bend over backwards to see that they don't upset them if they have to come in when you're not home. i guess the best part is that i feel safe here.

The apartment I rented was for my granddaughter who is a college student at APSU. She has had multiple plumbing problems since she has been there. The apartment was just, supposedly. renovated when it was rented and all of her problems have been 95% plumbing with little or no consideration given the inconvenience it has caused. Her apartment (B28) was torn completely apart with her being unable to even have use of the apartment for several days. Yes, we certainly appreciate your taking care

I have always been very satisfied living at Hunter Chase. I feel safe here, and I have neighbors that respect me as well as the exterior of their apartments. Its kind of like having an extended family that respects your privacy and boundaries but would be there if you need help.
