4 Reviews for Bell Crossing Of Clarksville
Management is very quick to response with anything asked of them. Taking care of maintiance or problems with in the community.
A nice, quiet community. Well kept and appealing.
Overall it is a nice place to stay but I'm disappointed in the lack of a dog park/bark Park. I have a service dog that needs exercise but I am disabled and unable to travel far. There are not dog friendly parks close enough to me. For a decent residence I find the accommodations somewhat lacking
The management makes friends with some residents, and will take care of those friends quickly, while leaving others waiting. If you aren't in with the management, then you or your children will be blamed for things happening and any needs you may have are put off. This wasn't only me-this was the overall consensus of about 10 families I spoke to.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
