The staff are friendly personable and knowledgeable The location is great and the buildings are well maintained We would love to move back in the future if we were to settle back in Clarksville
The staff are attentive, helpful, cheerful, professional, going the extra mile to assure that should a need arise it is speedily addressed. The grounds are well tended, clean and attractive.
Attendants are always friendly, helpful, and polite. Still love my place and especially enjoy the pool and workout areas
The ladies in the front office were available and happy to assist with any questions and unsurpassed friendliness when passing by. Maintenance personnel provided quick and courteous service.
The staff are very helpful and pleasant. There are times that upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy and there is a fear on our part of disturbing our neighbors due to our infant potential crying which is why we had wanted to have a first floor apt however the only one available was infested with cigarette smoke making it difficult to breath... Not having a first floor apt available has made our living situation somewhat difficult..
