The smell is awful in the evenings and pet stained carpets exasperates the smell. When this issue was brought up to the leasing office, they stated, there's nothing that they could do. Can't wait for my boyfriend to move out.

DIRTY Hallways and elevator are dirty. Entrance doors are always broken. Parking is a nightmare. Staff is ehhhh. Not worth it.

We are moving into our second apartment at Vista. Jennifer is helping us for the second time and has been very accommodating to make the move go smoothly for us.She is a true professional and very friendly. The apartments are nice and the location is great! Everyone is very friendly. One thing I would love to see is a dog park at this location.

You're close to Downtown area, with all Pros and Cons.

Ok heres my 2nd review me, and my wife officially moved in Friday, and so far here is our impression. First off Jennifer is just as nice and amazing in person as she is over the phone! And the community is awesome everyone here is nice and helpful. me and my wife are a interracial couple. No one has treated us bad or turned there noses up at us at all. everyone here is always smiling and treat us with respect and made us feel welcome and feel like family and that was huge for us. Its very clean here and the residents are classy and very friendly the amenities are abundant and well worth the price. And your literally close to everything downtown. me and my wife walked to the aquarium which was a little over a half a mile..Only two cons are one I wish they offered leases longer than a year cause we absolutely love it here and want to be here longer than a year. And 2nd con I do wish the gym had more equipment cause the space is rather large and could fit more machines and weights. But overall I can honestly say if you can afford the rent you should definitely consider the vista. no matter your race or religion they will make you feel more than welcome here.
