This place is amazing its very quiet live the inside of the apartment and they been treating us very well from the start and its worth the money monthly love it

IDK which is worse...the lack of maintenance, the nastiness, the overcharging, or the lies. I'll say this for them...they've gotten REALLY good at the lying part. Bottom line is if this place is your last resort, move across state lines instead.

LOL. Wherever there is a complaint, management comes on here and says they haven't been contacted about the problems. They are COMPLETELY LYING. I have stacks of notices FROM the office discussing the problems they say they don't know about. That should give you a clue about the place.

Stay away! Total waste of money! Outdated, filthy, noisy. Living here is literally like serving a prison sentence -- can't wait to be paroled!

Everything here is horrid. High crime, high noise, bad maintenance, worse staff. Dirty, high rent for what you get. Stay away !

It just so happens I HAVE been in apartment management as well as maintenance and housekeeping, so I DO know what is supposed to happen and what is not. For instance, letting a tenant go without sanitary facilities, not fixing floods, sewage backup, or leaks is AGAINST THE LAW. So is the constantly overflowing dumpster. So is trying to kick out a resident for being 5 days late on rent. So is attempting to charge a resident a pet fee for wild birds that congregate on the property. This management staff has their favorites and they play it to the hilt. There are people who are expected to abide by the rules and others that are not. Management breaks their part of the lease consistently. The property is always loud and nasty (as evidenced by the salad dressing in the pool that hasn't been cleaned in the years that I have been here). The staff is rude and maintenance hateful, not to mention that they will go through your property at any given time...one never knows when one comes home whether one will have been violated again. The place is a DUMP. STAY AWAY.
