    The staff was helpful and friendly. The apartment we toured was not at all what we were expecting. It is an older property than we had realized so the rooms were very quaint.

    The ladies in the office are super friendly and so are the maintenance workers but they need to invest in long term repairs, not quick, cheap, temporary fixes. I've dealt with a broken AC for long periods of time, leaks, pipe bursting causing a flood, heat, and electrical problems.

    I am a current resident and I have lived here for 11 months now. So far I am very happy living here and must say that I have had a very good relationship with the property manager. I have always been treated with the upmost respect and any maintenance issue which has not been many has always been handled withing 24 to 48 hours.

    I have lived at The Hills at Oakwood for six months now and have very much enjoyed it! The manager and the maintenance guys are friendly and always kind to my dog. I have found all my dog owning neighbors to be very respectful of each other. I have never had a problem that wasn't taken care of within a day or two. We moved to The Hills at Oakwood from out of state. We chose it mainly because we were in a rush to find a place and the school, Harrison Elementary(which I also love), had a good rating. We didn't know what to expect, but we have been pleasantly surprised by how much we have enjoyed living here.
