    The District is awesome . Moving is so stressful but Rayna helped so much with getting us settled into our new apartment . It's all so clean and well kept . The landscaping is gorgeous . The office staff and maintenance have all been so courteous and helpful . So pleased with everything .

    I VISITED THE DISTRICT FOR A POTENTIAL SPOT FOR MY FATHER RECENTLY. THE AVAILABILITY DID NOT LINK UP WITH DAD'S NEED. HOWEVER, I IMMEDIATELY LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE PLACE. THE STAFF IS GENUINELY INVESTED IN THEIR TENANTS' LIVES. AS I TOURED, IT BECAME ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT THIS PLACE WAS A GEM. OLIVIA IS WONDERFUL! THE APARTMENTS ARE MODERN AND THE GROUNDS ARE LOVELY. :)

    Potentially a customer here, but I feel like they let in who they want. Visited the property and it wasnt one of the better choices I had, but I work at Hamilton Place and I felt like I could save if I stayed closer. Everything seemed to go okay with the application, but it seems they want picture perfect. In talking to Briana the application process would be a breeze, but I felt like this was a slap in the face and a blessing all at the same time. They have better properties located on E Brainerd road and I got a much nicer, newer, and bigger square foot apartment. Do your research before you move here, also I never looked at the reviews, especially the one with the mouse on the stove. Happy Searching

    Experienced excessive issues with HVAC which the complex never resolved. There were numerous nights where even at 2AM my apartment was still 76 degrees. It got up to 80 several days throughout the summer, and I ended up having to acquire an additional HVAC unit and run it through the window to be able to maintain my residence their. The maintenance team was great, but nobody from the office cared or wanted to help resolve my issues aside from Olivia. I had an awful experience and would not recommend anybody live at this apartment complex because of that.

    I would advise to read and look very throughly before moving in or even consider moving here. Im a current resident that is now thankfully moving. There has been multiple Pest issues since my initial move in, the unit I got is filthy and unsanitary . Inspect EVERYTHING throughly. Management and the pest service are probably the worst outlet to go to considering I'm having to pay with my own money for my own pest service at their own complex for their issues. When I first showed them the roach issue their response was " it's the south and they live in trees or like an area with a lot of trees" I've lived deeper south in East Tennessee near plenty of trees and have never had roaches and always kept my place clean! Their own pest control service clear me know as far as mice go, told me there was more than one in my unit. When I voiced to them this issue for almost the 5th time they finally expressed to me that they couldn't think of anything else. You could spend the same amount of money at more complex's minutes down the road for a better experience and overall better living. Do your research and ask questions. I'll save you the time with this review to make sure you don't make the same mistake and move here at Hamilton place. If I could attach photos I would so I can show you .
