Never had a problem! Parking can sometimes be an issue but it really isn't that bad.
It's noisy. It claims to be a smoke free facility, but on the contrary there are residents who constantly smoke on a day to day basis. Parking is terrible, you either have to be people to the punch or risk having to park in the church parking lot, which has specific parking times. If there aren't any spaces available in the apartment's parking lot and you can't park in the church parking lot then you have to pray that you can find a free space by the meter, just make sure you move it super early the next day or risk being ticketed. The apartments themselves are like living in little matchboxes. There's barely enough room for one person, much less if you add in your belongings. Not worth it for the price, though I will say it's worth it if you're a single individual with little to no stuff.
Roaches, slack management, mold and if you have asthma and/or allergies then this place would never be for you. Smoke from the constant smoking of weed fills the halls each night
