Do yourself a favor and please dont move here. This month I have a $25 charge for trash that I didnt leave outside my door, but they claim they have a picture of it. Then Cassie hung up on me when I asked to talk to Ashley, the property manager. Whatever Ill pay it. Rent is way too high for the upgrades which is just spray painted cabinets and new lighting fixtures. Constant roaches. Pest control only comes quarterly even though we pay for it every month. I have my own pest control and still find dead roaches everywhere. The only reason Ive lived here so long is because its nearly impossible to move since damage comes so easily in such run down apartments.

Luckily I'm near the end of my lease and won't be returning, would've gave this apartment complex a 3 or 4 star review until the last few months when things have taken a dive. The one bright spot that I can give this place is that the manager is very nice and helpful. Other than her you won't find much help in the office. It is my understanding that over the last few months they have started having parking problems so now they have just enacted a new parking policy which is beyond ridiculous. The parking lot in front of my building has been at capacity ONE time in the last year, but now I have to park one of my vehicles 500 feet from my front door. Of course they added "Guest parking" which you have to park any extra vehicles you may own in INSTEAD of just adding the parking spaces and letting people park in them AS NEEDED which would've only made a ton of sense. Now there's constantly empty spots directly in front of my building but i have to hoof it 500 feet to my vehicle or i could pay $50 extra for a second parking permit. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous.

In closing, the rent is too high when there are cheaper places around that wont charge you extra or even tell you where you are allowed to park at, 1/3 of the office staff will treat you respectfully when you interact with them, and you will be getting your cardio in walking to and from your vehicles here while you walk right past empty spaces right in front of your building. Sound like somewhere you want to live?
