Great value for the price location is awesome too. The 2nd floor is where its at with the vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. Also the private trailhead to stigners ridge is dope
I lived here several years ago. The location is hidden but great for students, less than 5 minutes from downtown. No drive by traffic, the only people there are tenants and guests. I liked it enough that I considered moving back. Nice and quiet. Nice pool.
Everything was fine until they hired a new property manager. She is on a power trip and is determined to make everyone bend to her will whether its reasonable or not. She will kick you out of the pool if your drinking or if she even thinks you are doing anything she doesnt like. She will blatantly lie to your face about TN law and tell you that its illegal to sit by your own pool that you pay for and have a good time. I really wish that I could say you should move in here but its not worth it. There are way better places to move into where the management actually cares about its tenants. They take weeks to do maintenance requests and dont care about you. Dont waste your time with those place there are way better ones.
way overpriced for the age of the buildings
My roommate and I have loved living here for the past almost year and we were excited to renew our lease. Sadly the new property company that bought the property in the past few months has been very rude and wants to raise the price for the EXACT SAME APARTMENT. We have always been early paying rent and have taken care of our apartment. Elmington properties was a pleasure to work with when they owned Ridgemont. So far timberland and the new staff here has been nothing but unhelpful and willing to work with us. Having good tenants and not wanting to keep them is very bad business. I asked if we could renew and the lady in the office just told us that there would be a 6-8% price increase (I guess they think painting the outside of the building constitutes raising rent that much) for the exact same apartment. When I told her we would not be renewing if we had to pay more to live in the exact same apartment, all she had to say was turn in your notice as soon as possible then. Terrible customer service on your alls part and you just lost tenants that had been here for a year and wanted to stay.
