Great place to live! I lived there before the tornadoes and I loved my time there. Pet friendly, nice neighbors, and great maintenance staff. would definitely live there again!

I have lived here two years and love everything about The Havens! Signing my contract to Renee for another year! The office staff and maintenance crew are the bomb! Awesome place too live!

Best place to live in Chattanooga. Maintenance and management is professional, friendly and quickly responds to all of my needs. I wouldn't live any other place.

The apartments are close to restaurants and shopping. The landscaping is beautiful and management was very helpful. Easily accessible as well with a traffic light at street entering the property. Perfect place to relocate!

Great place! So many awesome amenities and a great location for the mall and many stores around the area. It is tucked back into a dead end road so you dont hear any traffic. Apartment is very nice and modern with all major appliances (including washer and dryer) included. Maintenance comes fast and fix things appropriately. I would recommend!
