Dont be fooled by the base rent they advertise. You will ended up being charged may more than that. They also charge residents $45 every month for a connect fee, to access their account online, which should be standard. And three months into my lease a $50 charge appeared on my rent bill for New Account Fee. When I emailed the office, they explained it was a one time charge for setting up my online account, which is ridiculous. What businesss CHARGES you for being a customer and to pay? MAA corporate is greedy and tricky. But I will say, the staff is friendly, and the prices are not their fault at all.
