Josh was great showing me around. Really nice facilities and views. The amenities were great. This is definitely a place I'm considering moving into.

Thin walls, thin ceilings, you can hear everything your neighbors do even at 4am. Ive been kept awake many nights do to these thin walls. Dishwasher never fully cleans dishes, toilets have been worked on three times. Over priced, and they hike the price up every year on you. Also if you file a noise complaint nothing ever gets done I have had two separate neighbors live above me both were loud filled noise complaints and nothing has been done.

If you live here they will tow your visitors making it nearly impossible to have anyone over, and they charge you $150 per vehicle. Not great.
