Everything has been great so far. Kinks are still being worked out, as expected with a new construction, but once everything is finished I expect everything will be excellent

Overall, the past month in the new apartment has been pretty great, but there have been several concerns appearing over the past few weeks that I'm having that lead me to rate with a "Good" rating as opposed to "Excellent." Right now, our apartment community has no mailboxes or package pickup locations and mail can only be picked up during normal business hours. Unfortunately for me, I am leaving for work at 7 AM and returning around 6:30 PM so there is no way for me to pick up my mail aside from Saturdays. This has already led to some issues with delays getting my mail. Also, the fact that there is nobody on call after hours for issues that arise that are not emergencies has been bothersome. For example, having loud neighbors after midnight throwing a party and not being able to go to the apartment management with any kind of complaint. The complex should be staffed around the clock for the convenience of all residents. The last problem I have is the issue of parking. As more and more residents continue to move in, our shared parking lot with Passenger Flats is becoming more and more full. Parking spots are becoming harder and harder to come by and I'm not sure how this parking lot will continue to be sustainable in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenience of the mail delivery at this time. We would love to help make this a better experience for you and would love to discuss some alternate options for the delivery of your mail and packages. We would also like to provide you with the contact information for our after hours representative so they can assist you with issues when the management office is closed. They live on site and are available to help with any disturbing noise issues. We would also like to help with the parking issues that you are having. We provide our residents with permits and have devised a parking plan that should provide parking for all permitted cars at Bluebird Row. We know that living on a new apartment community that is under construction can have its' frustrations but we hope that you will find that it is worth it when we are completed. Please stop by the Leasing Office any time we would love to discuss these items further to see if we can resolve any issues for you. Thank you agian for taking the time to give us your feedback. It is very important to us!
