      Happy To Be Home! Hawthorne has treated us as family. We love living here because It's a safe great location close to downtown Chattanooga. Office staff are terrific. They always greet you with a smile. If something needs repaired the maintenance crew are right there to help. Saltwater pool is nice and relaxing in the summer. Love the business center, workout gym and dog park for our two small dogs. Our apartment nice and cozy. We get many compliments about it. Thanks Hawthorne!

      I love Fontaine Woods and feel like I'm at home since I'm in college. The office staff is so nice and they always ask me if everything is going fine. It's really nice that they host different events each month to allow neighbors in the community the opportunity to get to know one another.

      Lived here for 3 years but just cant do it anymore . The amenities package will cot you 55$ for internet, 35$ for valet trash that can make their own hours around holidays or when raining . Plus they made us take valet trash whether we wanted it or not . You pay 6$ a month for the dumpsters on property . Your water bill you pay is water plys sewer fees they change month to month and combined is over 100$ in a 1 bedroom apt . They forced to let them in to do upgrades which was horrible. They painted your dishes when changing the doors of the cabinets out . You had to clean up after them . They put new holes in your wall but didnt paint the brown spots because they couldnt match the color .They allow people to have more than one cars that are allotted per lease . They never fix anything . They keep raising rent and you can find way better for less. Rent at your own risk . They are nice till you rent from them then they just pacify your problems and requests .

      This review is straight to owners, why can't anyone contact the owners, know their names or how to contact them. The pest control company that you use doesn't exist anywhere online, none has came and fixed anything here still, the double late charges are ridiculous, I paid my late fee then had to pay another 300 the next month because I was late last month and paid a late fee already, contact me before my lawyer has to. I've already spoken to redbank police department and went downtown to the court. There will be an investigation into these apartments and their affairs...., I already spoke to the management at the front office we get no answers, your front office only advises me to break my lease to break the lease which i will have to pay out my lease and it will csuse issues for me later on. I advise no one to move here, we are ready to move out after only a few months in, we couldn't use the gym for the first 3 months for renovations yet still getting fully charged plus extra and our gym key isn't working again! none of the grills have propane tanks so we can't use those still, nothing works for more than a week, maintenance was here almost everyday for the first month yet we still have multiple things in the apartment breaking and falling apart, my sin closed our room door and it pushed the latch to the other side so he was stuck in his room till git it open, the walls are paper thin, you cant touch them without them cracking or leaving a deep scratch, the floors are the same, breaker flips for no apparent reason, our oven door came off and it was a week before anyone fixed it, dishwasher broke 2 weeks in and our kitchen floor was flooded the next morning, the caulking in showers are so bad that the water is leaking behind then and running out into the floor so taking showers is a task within itself, our rent is supposed to be 1,670 a month isn't hasnt been near that amount since the first month, $2000 at the least!

      Arcadia creekside is my happy place. We moved here for the saltwater pool thats open until 10 pm. My husband and I swam our laps daily in pool. He works for the state of nd remotely on his computer here in a sunroom Attachment of our apartment unit. We like to walk down the street to the warm clean pool on his mid day lunch breaks. We usually have pool to self during the week. After dinner we go for a light swim and usually meet someone new every time we go for our evening stretch swim. Julie waves to us from lighted pergola hammock swings as We walk by her to pool. Ppl are so friendly here. We just moved in and met sooo many nice ppl

      Several of the floor plans do not correctly represent apartments with fireplaces...they can be much smaller. Upon move-in, I had to clean the apartment from top to bottom as there was grease in the kitchen, food crumbs in drawers, and dirt in cabinets. The bathroom sink was all crackef up around the drain and nasty looking. I was told by management that most of the sinks in those apartments were like that. Even though shampooed, the carpet was old and wrinkly the day after I signef the lease. It got worse. I could feel the wood sub-floor underneath the carpet like thete was no pad. The pad must have been really old, decayed, and decomposed. The HVAC system had to constantly be worked on, and my elwctric bills in the summer wete extremely high. July was about $70 higher there than the following year in a different complex for same size apartment.
