It would be nice if they would add their non-smoking policy to their website. I've wasted so much time thinking this could be my new potential home. I understand not being able to smoke in common areas like the pool area, etc but not even on my own balcony. Really disappointed, just wish I would've been able to find out while researching for apartments before narrowing down to this one.

i recently moved to Crest in June. Chance (staff member) is super friendly, and Jeremy (maintenance) responds quickly to any issues, which is a huge deal! they both work super hard to ensure a positive experience for all residents! obviously, being a new place, it's energy efficient and modern.

I wont move in til end of September but Chance in the office was beyond amazing & I could not be more excited to move to this complex & live in such a gorgeous & safe suburb of Nashville!!
