The Estates at Brentwood

Since new management has taken over, everything has greatly improved. The only thing for myself is new flooring in our apartment, as we've lived her for almost 6 years.

Do not rent here!!!If you move into a unit that has used carpet pull it up and look underneath for stains or you will be charged for it when you leave.Windows are obselete and do not seal properly causing mold that you will be charged for it and be at fault because they've carefully placed the burden on you in the lease you sign so as not to have to spend money on good quality windows.They also aren't energy sufficient costing more on your bill.They allow bugs in the apartment!!They will replace the window panes to look good on paper though in which has no effect.Management has ran that property for three years and has yet to reinvest your hard earned money into the complex to justify the high rates they demand.All the fire alarm panels are beeping and have no signal to alert in a time of need but they are also obsolete and will cost more money to upgrade in which they are in no hurry to fix as it messes with budgets and golf club memberships.Plumbing is cheap as they come so you're at risk to have leaks and flooding issues.Security detail no longer exists.If you have a pet there's a loop hole if you just go and get the emotional support animal papers you avoid paying a pet deposit and can have any breed of dog you wish.They split the water bill amongst the property so you most likely pay for unauthorized tenants usage.Half the individual water shut offs to each building don't work so if there's a busted water pipe they have to shut the whole property down inconveniencing everyone's day to day life.I believe whole heartily that The Estates at Brentwood may be on track to be the first tax credited/section 8 property in Brentwood history.They won't hire enough maintenance to properly maintain the apartments which causes a revolving door on the good help they do hire.In the three years of managing the property they've lost a great property manager of three years and three good maintenance supervisors.They are building brand new apartments everywhere and there's others

I have lived here since January 2018 and just signed another lease. The location is great and a short drive to Green Hills, Nashville, and Franklin. This is a safe, quiet, clean community with mostly working professionals. My neighbors are friendly, respectful; and we are grateful that our gate works, we have a great management/front office team and our maintenance team is awesome too. I am very picky about where I live and Estates at Brentwood is a great place to call home!

Second Apartment in which i lived was not good as first one. It was not having quality for money. No air in apartment and bad layout. Not shown apartment to me during apartment selected.

I have lived here for over a year now and I am happy to renew my lease. The location of this community is convenient to Brentwood and the greater Nash area. In Jan. the property handled the clearing of the snow/ice so well that everyone was able to come and go because the parking lot was so clear.

I’ve been living here for 2 years. I am very happy with the management staff, they always do what they can to address any issues, making it feel like home. Nice dog park, car wash bay, grilling areas and pool is kept clean. Apartment has a good layout and modern style.

Have lived here for multiple years now and love it!! All the amenities are great and having a gate to go ensures security and privacy, a lot of apartment places don’t provide that. The office staff are so nice as well, Laura especially, I toured with her and she made it all happen for me! Easy and painless moving in process

Amazing property! Clean and well manicured. The pool made my kids squeal. The demo apartment was huge. Laura made us all feel welcome and she was full of information. Very nice place!

I am sharing my positive experience living in this apartment community. The standout feature for me has been the exceptional service provided by Daniel the maintenance team. Also Mrs Michelle in the leasing office, it’s so so helpful in all the sense of the word, their dedication to ensuring the community is well-maintained and residents are taken care of is truly commendable.

I have been at this property for 3years. And I must say Mrs. Michelle Reyna has been the best manager this place needs before she got here office management and maintenance was hideous no genuine help and Rude. Once she came here helped me get my apartment and updated my outdated apartment. She deserved employee of the century. she's so nice and polite and always listen to anything a resident has to say.
