I love living at the District. Its conveniently located to a bunch or restaurants, hair salon, nail salon, etc. The staff is always so nice and helpful and the apartments are beautiful!

The resident portal is broken. They ignore maintenance requests. I have asked a maintenance person face to face to clear the sink tubing, asked the front desk a month later, and still nothing. My bathroom sink reeks and has been overflowing for months and they won't send anyone in. Just WHAT is my $1400 paying for every month? For them to ignore me? I had to leave a negative Google review to get rid of the roaches. This is pathetic.

I have lived in The District at Seven Springs since it opened in 2014, and plan on staying for quite a while longer. Why? The location is extremely convenient to pretty much everywhere you want to go in town. Its also in the middle of a smaller community with bars, restaurants, etc that you can walk to. Another reason is the staff. They have been amazing since day one, and are great to work with. The District is constantly reinvesting in the complex- whether it be upkeep of the building, social mixers, or contests and giveaways for residents. I highly recommend giving The District at Seven Springs a look if you are in the market for a new apartment!
