The apartment was best I have seen in the area for he price. People were nice! Hope to be living there soon.
I applied for an apartment here and was denied because of an arrest record that came up on my background check that was not me. After a great deal of hassle, I was able to get this cleared up with the third party back ground place they use, but in the week since then I haven't been able to get someone to return phone calls or emails either at the office or at the property management place...at this point I do not want to live here. I mean if they can't return a phone call for a potential tenant, what would happen if you lived there and needed something fixed?? I just want my $200 administration fee back that I paid.
Once new management took over and the staff completely changed, great service turned into a nightmare.
First off, I lived alone, but had a friend that moved here as well so we got a 2 bd together to save some money on living expenses. Everything was fine until the new staff came into the play. VERY UNORGANIZED! Before the staff change, everyone knew who I was, the apartment I lived in, what I was wearing last week... Point is, they had decent memory. Once the staff I knew left, memory left with them.
My roommate and I both decided to move separate from each other at the end of the lease and supposedly put in the 2 months notice. When it came time to move out, management said the notice had not been put in, even though my roommate talked to them and told them that we were wanting to move out. This was my first apartment every having, so I was not familiar with the way things worked. Meanwhile, my roommate has already gone into his new house and I'm still here with these people.
Since the notice apparently had not been put in, I did it myself. We owe rent for the next 2 months, which is understandable. My girlfriend helped with packing up my belongings. While I was at work, management walk into my apartment while my girlfriend was about to take a shower, so she did not answer. Guess they heard her and decided to leave. Once she told me what happened, I gave them a call asking why they were entering my apartment.
They said management was walking around to do an apartment inspection for some reason. I told the staff member that I did not give anyone permission to enter my apartment and to have him call me asap. Never received call, but did receive a message threatening to evict me because he saw that I had packed up and said we were moving without putting in notice. I was furious and went to the office and showed staff the notice that the manager signed! Never heard from him though. Once moved out, they said we didn't pay the final rent... Are you serious?
Overpriced for Antioch area, parking issues (tenants saving parking spots for others, full parking lots everyday, no space to get out of car), hidden fees (making your rent go up in a matter of months), water and valet trash is ridiculous a bill no less than 50 and upwards of 100 dollars for a two bedroom. They begrudgingly take your trash out and have a small window of when they will do so. They will try to fine you for anything they can. Very unprofessional they locked me out of my apartment before I was even moved in ( changed locks and gave me the wrong key) save your money dont live here
