Great staff in the office and maintenance. Beautiful grounds. Great Bell values such as the Good Neighbor Pledge.
I'm pleased with the atmosphere calm and quiet
Beware, some of these apartments have roaches. The front office does not care to help, but will penalize you for breaking the lease. I broke my lease because roaches were everywhere and I've never lived with roaches and refused to pay 1000/month to live with rodents.
I've lived here a year and a half, and for the most part I've been very satisfied. The staff is nice and it's a conveniently located place. This year, however I'm growing frustrated with them. The gate is never fixed, it's been repeatedly broken and repaired and it generally just stands open 24/7 anyway. The pools haven't been open either, first because the pool company got backed up, then because open wires were around, and now because the company that manages the key cards is having issues. Its June, and you advertise pools. You need to have pools that are open to your residents. Otherwise, it's a good place to live, if only I could utilize the freaking pool that I pay for.
