just renewed for another year. they just renovated the pool, the parking lot, added new lighting and a camera system. if they keep updating ill stay.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a leasing company for an apartment community!!!! So where to start... My wife and I were moving from VA and had been in contact with the leasing office for over 2 weeks. When we decided to go with this company, we sent in all information they requested, including an email with our CC info so they could charge the application fee and begin the credit check. Over the course of several days, we tried to reach them via phone, which proved impossible; we left several messages which were never returned. We had been emailing the property manager who had assured us everything was good, so we left VA and started out to TN (this was several days later after speaking with the property manager). During the trip down to TN, we got a notification that they were JUST THEN taking out the app fee. So my wife called and the leasing agent proceeded to argue with her stating we never tried to call them because she was in the office all day (apparently not doing her job)... Come to find out we did not get the apartment because these incompetent idiots did not run my wife's credit or the cosigner we had, because we knew our credit had taken a hit due to COVID-19, but they sure took the money for app fees... I WOULD RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE IF THEY ARE THIS BAD BEFORE YOU SIGN A LEASE WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN ONCE YOU ARE LOCKED IN!!

The upgraded parking lot was a great plus. Brett, is always focused on the customer. Caring professionals!

Our company rented a furnished apartment for our out of town employees and it has been a great experience..The staff was extremely helpful and made it very easy for us..We will definitely use them again!

I just moved in on July 2. I absolutely have had the best experience since the day I applied. The process was simple and all of the staff were very friendly and upfront about everything. Move in was a great day. I love everything about this complex and my apt. There is a new manager Kelly and she is very very friendly, and has been right on top of any things that needed to be taken care of. I would highly recommend living here. Very clean, no bugs, friendly staff, beautiful kept property and apartments. I look forward to many years of great experiences living here
