The staff is AWESOME! I have renewed my lease because of Wendy and Cahvaya. They always help me and never have made me be a problem or burden.

Been living here for 3years now and I love it. Great community and great place to raise your kids.

Meh Ho-hum, mediocre, generic.Neither here nor there.

No assigned parking if you get home after 5 p.m good luck trying to find parking. Over crowded parking lot.. they dont even offer resident parking stickers. Pool is always closed. Also they want 70 Dollars a month for garage parking

Horrible place to stay they never come to fix anything and always have attitude. They keep new workers in the office and they never get better !

A current resident for several years, and Tim, manager over maintenance staff is incompetent with getting repairs done as promised. The maintenance supervisor enjoys his days sitting and smoking the day away..while on the clockwith an excuse very busy. I have asked why delayed.. there are many excuses why he cant work today, item not in stock,,next day in stock, and promised will repair next day with no recoil to conversation thats repeated..what a waste of leadership to other maintenance crew..but..if your rent is due your hands are wide open. Hire someone that wants to work, instead of dodging and lying to residence period.

The complex is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is super helpful with everything. Thania and Joe in the office are so friendly and helpful they have personally made my experience here great!

No soy residente de este lugar pero lo estoy considerando como futuro hogar. Hoy visite por primera vez el condominio y la verdad que la atención de las personas de la oficina en especial de Thania fue de 5 estrellas, muy amables y atentos ☺️

Our leasing agent, Joseph Martin, was the main reason we chose our new home. The leasing management was very helpful and kind during the move. The area is very fun with lots of stuff to do for young adults just starting out. Our apartment was clean and had minor problems that were easily fixed. Happy to call this new place home.

I have had such a great experience with these guys! I had to move out of my old apartment, and they have been so kind, caring, and listened to all of my concerns. Even when I asked them all the big questions, they were able to explain it very well, and left out no detail. Thania has been super sweet, and communicates very quickly, keeping me constantly up to date on anything going on. They had maintenance walk my apartment today and they found an issue, and are having the guys work on it before I even step foot into my apartment. I am not sure if she is a leasing agent, or the manager, but she is an absolute gem! I couldn't have had a better lady to work with. She has been so attentive, even understanding that during this whole time I have been at work, and still took the time to get everything done either over the phone or via email. I am so grateful for all of her help. She has made this transition so easy, and I have been stress free from it the whole time. Thank you again Thania!

Maintenance used to fix problems ASAP.. but the last year I've 1) had a ceiling fall above the bathtub take weeks to fix. 2) have an uncontrollable toliet leak for months now with no repair and 3) have an uncontrollable water heater leak for over a week now with no repair. There is water and mold EVERYWHERE ! Absolutley inexcusable and ridiculous. I will be moving as soon as I can. Used to be a lot better here.

What great views from this apartment community overlooking Antioch! So close to Nashville, great location.

I just moved in and the staff is so amazing here. The staff is on top of making my apartment feel like a home. Staff is very personable n address you by your name. I love all the beautiful upgrades. The one time repairs that are need getting done the next business day. I am super excited to see all the amenities but do to Covid the gym isn’t open but I am so excited to see what they offer. Thank you ladies n Gentlemen for making me feel at home here. They will be now part of my extended family.. 5 stars everyone
