This complex is a scam ithey are putting false charges against the tenants I lived her for over a year 1/2 now never been late all of a sudden I have two late fees that have popped up .. I took proof to the manager and they still told me I will have to pay the fee..first they told me it was water charges until I told them Im always traveling for work my rent was 1476 ..they told me I owe 2068 dollars for one month..theirs just no way possible.. be aware theres something thats not right just going on just word of advice. If you plan on moving here, be prepared, your extra charges will be coming I just decided I will be moving. Im contacting a lawyer.

Extremely bad management service. I have been here for two years and will never recommend anyone to live here. I had a lot of trouble with the management while living here, and I decided to move. When I moved out, I paid all the fees required by the apartment; they said this was my total cost. However, one month later, I was asked to pay more for water, fees, and clean up. This is a scam, and I recommend that you be clear to them if you still choose to live here.

I was screwed over several times by the staff. They just want to make money and it doesn't matter what the issue is. Over the summer my AC unit went out and I went 3 months without air, with no concern in fixing it fast or giving me a financial relief. Due to the humidity, mold began to form in my complex and the water from the unit got into my closet and flooded my carpet. I put in several tickets to have it fixed and maintenance never fixed. Then after I left, the complex charged me $300.00 for electrical that I did not use (granted as I was moved out). I took all my concerns to the property manager and I was told they could not work with me and that they were "sorry". If I could rate this zero stars I would. Do not join this community.

Not a place you would want to live. They entered our apartment over 27 times this year alone, and one pool has been closed every year since we've lived here 3 years straight. This is the easy stuff...You will get an "Observation Report" anytime you have something like a bike on your porch with a picture on your door and added $50 to your rent. My dad visited from out of state and after 2 days had one of those permanent green stickers on his window saying he will be towed. Please look elsewhere, I know it looks ok here...but it is an everyday nightmare.

Where do we start? Roaches is the first common denominator. In the halls, in your apartment...get used to them. Office spends time on things like yoga on the tennis courts the day after people were displaced because old marked trees crashed into their roofs. Still not repaired..check it out for your selves 3 months later at the east entrance...sad. If you like ALL CAPS THREATENING EMAILS to things that have nothing to do with you, this is your place. If you like 24 hour or less notice to find a place to secure your pets for inspection, this is your place. Bathrooms by the main pool permanently closed, so you know the all day family kids are peeing in the pool. I'm a pharmaceutical rep and on the road...got an e-mail saying my car needed to be moved by tomorrow or it would be towed because they were resealing the parking lot. Towed....seriously, not here to work with you, not here to help at all. I have many angles of video of the inspections going through my personal things and sending to Cottonwood corp. when needed, but wanted to pass on the story to you so you can move on. Like to put your Mountain Bike on the porch?? Nope, $50 charge Enforced..

I can honestly say, Brentridge is my home. I only intended to stay for one year. Seven years have flew past and I'm still here.

Move in has been great the office staff has been great at communicating and as well as making sure all my concerns and needs are met. I saw the before and after of the apartment I moved into and they made great chances and made sure everything I asked was fixed. Overall start to living here has been great. The neighbors are very nice as well
