What Renters Like and Dislike About Sioux Falls

I love how large, yet private our neighborhood is. I go for daily walks and am able to take a variety of routes and the homes are beautiful and yards well maintained. It's quiet and friendly with a park very close. Also a mile away from the Interstate.

It is relatively quiet and safe. The neighbors are relatively friendly. It is just a good place to live.

I like that it is close to everywhere I need to go. I like driving downtown to go to restaurants and shopping.

There is grocery store nearby and good shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood. I would also like to see more different shopping options put in the neighborhood.

Our neighborhood is just residential and no businesses nearby. It is a quiet neighborhood and most people are retired.

My neighborhood is very quiet. All neighbors constantly work on their yards and/or plowing snow. You can walk at any time of day or night and feel completely safe. Neighbors very friendly and helpful.
