i lived there for about 2 years and i would not recommend this apartment in terms of deposit and maintenance they shaft you with hidden charges and conveniently losing paper work

This is one of the more affordable pages to live on the west side of Sioux Falls, but it still has the features and amenities of a more expensive place. Some of the apartments could use some updating, but they are spacious and comfortable. Nice indoor and outdoor pool, and a great view if your apartment faces east! Staff are friendly and accommodating.
