We do not re-code garage door openers without all parties being informed. <BR><BR>Significant improvements have been made to both units and the property, which warrant rent increases for most apartments, as they're now much nicer than they were before.September 20, 2021
New management took over in December of 2019, there was no security in place. Since May of 2020 the company has installed security in 7 of the 8 buildings, Building 8 near completion. Theft and break-in's have reduced to nearly zero incidents. Camera's are monitored and all issues are address immediately. The privacy issue is not truthful at all. Where the former management company did not conduct property inspections, again for the safety of all residents, 6 month inspections have been incorporated. This is not at all an invasion of anyone's privacy, we are allowed to inspect our property and investment. Change is difficult but our vision is very clear that we are creating a safer environment. Those that have the same vision are excited about the changes. Communication is shared with our residents weekly and often times daily, very transparent is what is happening.August 15, 2020
We are sorry to hear that you have had issues with your sink. Since re-opening on May 11th due to COVID-19, our maintenance crew has been completing all maintenance requests and as of last week, were all caught up. The General Contractor is overseeing all the Renovations. Our maintenance staff has very little to do renovations at the present time. Our focus to keep the community moving along and taking care of any of the issues our residents may have. If you are in need of a maintenance request and we may have missed it, please reach out to the office and we can get this situation immediately addressed. We are here and have plenty of help to take care of things in a timely fashion.July 06, 2020
The Hayden Pointe Apartments were sold in December of 2019. The new management company, Newbury Living, has been on site since that date. The property name has been change to TEAK Apartments and is currently undergoing major renovations. The property has always been non-smoking and every resident has a signed lease agreeing to this policy. So if we having smoking on property, we are going to address it. Since Newbury Managment has been on site, there have been no bed bugs. We have routine preventative measures that are in place and conducted by our maintenance staff along with a professional exterminator to ensure we are doing our part to keep our residents safe. Utilities haven't been paid by managment in several years, so this is not a recent change by former management company or Newbury. Name change to go along with the many upgrades that are currently underway-security, new flooring, new appliances, fresh paint, new windows, exterior paint, a community building with a community space for residents along with a fitness room....and the list goes on. Our future looks bright and we look forward improving this beautiful property and being a great place to call home.July 06, 2020
