I moved in jan 2018 and love the complex, Katie signed me up and was great, any maintenence issue i have had has been fixed asap. It is very clean environment and all the staff are great.
Expensive for what you get, raise rates on your apartment every year and also the rates of your bills. Also they are lazy when it comes to notices and things of that sort and will post things from a week prior on your door without any phone confirmation or anything else of the sort.
Applied to this property and signed some letters of intent Sunday 7/23 . Katie our agent seemed nice. 2 days later we were advised that we were approved "unconditionally" Then we were advised that we would need to provide an additional $500 for security deposit (Making the security $950) Now the rent advertised is $850 per month and they had us sign letters of intent at $900 per month. This struck me as being too much so we rescinded the application. Today I was contacted by a most horrible and aggressive woman (Mandy) who claimed to be the "Property Manager". She was seeking "further information" regarding our prior rental history. I explained that we were no longer interested. At this point Mandy said we had signed a lease and were obligated?! Well this ticked me off and I asked "What kind of idiot are you?" She apparently considered this abuse and decided to end the call. Then a bit later she called back to inform me my application has been denied. I intend to pursue this matter fully people like Mandy should never work in a position involving customer contact. Since posting this review I have spoken to a Hayloft Regional Manager (Rachel) Who explained that we had signed a lease, but that it required manager approval before we were to be provided with copies. (These are in the mail) I have agreed to remove this negative review and will do Monday once I have calmed down a little.
Katie was very helpful, showed me the exact apartment that I was interested in, gave me lots of info. Just concerned about my truck fitting into their garage.
I received a reply within 2 hours of my referral. I took a virtual tour of the complex. I will speak with the assistant manager either 7/3; or, 7/5 to determine availability; prices; and schedule a visit.
