Management is absolute garbage. They are never in the office. They don't return phone calls. They lie and say contractors will be accompanied by maintenance then they give the master keys to contractors with no background checks. They don't care one bit about how much they disrupt tenants. God help you if you work nights, they are in here sawing and hammering away at 7 AM. They don't care about anything but squeezing more and more money out of you and providing next to nothing in return. Too bad because the apartments are in a great location with potential if only someone gave a crap.

I was looking on line Friday, and they called me to see if I was interested, I said yes, and they immediately gave me an appointment to come in on Saturday. We saw it then filled out the application on line. They were very professional and answered all our questions. I was pleased and hope to get accepted into the Creekstone Falls community.
