What a wonderful group of people to work with here! We have lived here almost 4 years; they care about all their tenants and try to make sure they have a safe, clean environment to live in. Our maintenance guys are awesome! They work hard and make sure everything is in working order. Thank you all for making this a wonderful place to live!

Iam trying to get out of sac and get a place a bridge wood estates.they are really nice quite.and under control by management.

Great location, you would think it would be noisy being so closer to a busy street but it isn't. Walking distance to basically anything you need. Buildings are kept up good, safe and secure. Rent is reasonable with heat, water, basic cable and gym membership included in rent. Apartments are dated in some things but they are always updating them. Pets are allowed but have to pay extra for them.
