Doesnt care that other residents harass other residents for there dog making noises

Been here 2 years. Love it. Adam the maintenance man always takes care of any issues I have right away. Kayla cares alot.

I had a situation that arose. Bob and Kayla were incredible to work with. They were both very helpful and understanding. The apartment was great and I would highly recommend this complex

I think Autumn Park of the apartments is an amazing place to live not only are the apartments clean and well maintained they have excellent specials that they run and they have a lot of activities and wonderful apartment grounds with the swimming pool all the basketball court tennis court volleyball court and playground so there's plenty of activities for the kids in the summer they have excellent staff that work here they're clean and the customer service that you get from the members that work here are amazing. One thing I would love to see is them do though is be more complained about the animal waste and laying around was there an amazing place to live

I have lived in my apartment for a little more than 4 months. So far everything about Autumn Park is wonderful. We were shown the apartment and were accepted and moved in 15 days early. Our building is always clean. The maintenance men are always on top of things and are very polite. Kayla is amazing and so is Lucas. They are always very friendly when we stop into the office. Thank you Autumn Park!!

The "included" gas, water, trash removal listed above is a farce. It's not included, it's extra. And worst of all, they don't even have a water meter on each apartment. That's right, if your neighbor leaves his water running in the shower while he's passed out, you get to pay a piece of that pie. They require a 60 day notice. The management is not flexible. If you are trying to buy a home in the near future, I wouldn't rent here. My husband and I are finally purchasing a home and will be moved out by June 30. Our lease is not up until July 31 so I was prepared to pay rent for the month of July, even though we will not be living here any longer. I was not prepared to pay for my neighbor's water, trash removal, electric, and garage rent. Upper management contacted about this practice, but surprise! Have not heard back from them. Please from one human being to another, go somewhere else.
