What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Rapid Valley

Quiet new development. would like to have more access to convience. Like the friendly neighbors. Maintence in the area is great

no loud noises, as loud radios or cars racing though, there are dead end streets where kids can play

Things that I like most are that it is small. Another thing is there is more old people that are very friendly and will give you baking ingredients

Is very nice to have a grocery store in the neighborhood the sidewalk could be better navigate a wheelchair and for the snow removal people to not put all the snow piles in the handicap parking and for apartment complex maintenance people need to take care of the side works better

I like being close to work and the people. It is pretty quiet and not super far from most amenities.
