    We lived at the Wellington for quite a long time. The issues there were so numerous From the pool and/ or hot tub being out of order, to the staff not being receptive to complaints or suggestions. Pretty much their way or the highway (We got the message loud and clear)! The rent being raised year after year saying the amenities offered were in line with all other apartments around, this would have been ok if we could have used the amenities all the time. Keys not opening the secured entrance and being told you just have to jiggle it. Waiting an hour for the maintenance guy, who by the way lived on the property, to unlock my garage when my controller didnt work ( which was a lot) so was late for work. Ice building up on the patio door in the winter because air was coming in through gaps. Patio floor paint peeling so bad if we went out the paint chips were stuck to our shoes and dragged into the apartment ( this was put on our lease renewal walk through every year to be fixed, but never happened) The air vent just inside the front door getting plugged and draining rusty water all over the carpet . The vandalism of the property, and cars being broken into ( mine was , money was taken)The owners need to get a grip and start taking care of their actual paying tenants and be less concerned about appearances. Its no wonder why people are moving in and out all the time.

    We have lived here for going on 4 years now and until the first of this year enjoyed the experience of calling this home. Since the 1st of January there has been constant noise problems from the tenants living above us at all times of the day and continuing after numerous complaints to management. We have given up hope that anything will be done to remedy the situation and are currently considering leaving in hopes of finding a more peaceful location to call home. It is unfortunate the problem has not been resolved after 4 months of pleading for help.

    We have been living at the Dunes since September. Great friendly staff. They communicate regularly and promptly. Clean facility. Quick snow removal. Prompt responses to maintenance request. Best place to live!
