Low end at top rent price, all electric so nice energy bill you have to pay every month, no cable included as advertised and recently down graded speeds on included internet with on way to upgrade or get another provider. Heres the deal they have other buildings that have all the nicer amenities and pay the same rent yet this building has all lower end appliances, flooring and a little on the older dated side for the same exact price, we plan on moving as soon as possible to a nicer place with better amenities.
