This is a wonderful complex the management staff are very knowledgeable about whats going on in the complex and goes out of there way to keep the tenants informed and the maintenance staff are doing a great job keeping everything fixed in a timely manner

I wouldn't recommend moving here. Office always closed. Maintenance takes for ever to come and fix things and if the do show up it's a half as job. My AC unit been out for 2 weeks now and they want 1k for rent but can't get anything fixed. Before that water got shut off everyday for hours at a time. Can't reach no one on the Phones.

Please chose somewhere else this neighbor was ok when informer moved here. Its gone completely down hill from water being off all day to ppl selling drugs out of their apartment. I cant even work from home here and am looking to move asap

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE I have been living at this apartment complex for about 8 months now. When I first moved in, everything was good and the office personnel took care of any issues that you may have had. But now for the last 3 months, the office personnel really show that they don't care about your issues but make sure they get your payment on every month. I have been calling the office, emailing, and texting the office personnel and no one would answer the call but they would send the call to the emergency maintenance number for them to answer even in the day time when you call, I even sent out emails and I get no response just to get the AC working because you need it now. But whenever I got someone on the phone in the office, the only thing they would do is lie to you on the phone just to get you off cause they knew that it wasn't going to get taken care of. This place use to be a good place to stay but now it's not anymore because when you allow all types of people to live in your apartment complex cause you just want money and you lower your standard, you get just what you ask for and I will not recommend anyone to stay here. Almost everyday or every 2 or 3 days they have issues with the water and that's sad cause they won't fix the problem but keep on patching and that says a lot about your business and how you operate your business. I have emailed the Property Manager and haven't gotten any responses back concerning my issue with the AC unit. Since the office personnel don't want to respond to my calls and email and text messages, I'm going to go outside of this business and talk to someone in a higher up position in order to get something done on my behalf. I'm tired of spending money on rent faithfully every month and yet not get any work done. So PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE REVIEWS before making a decision

BAD REALLY BAD HERE.First day I moved in I address the mold issue they painted over it.Back window you can watch the water come in during rain I also have pink mold and black mold.Broken window and glass on the grass been there for over a yer (just waiting for some kids to get all cut up from broken glass on the open ground)Bad problem with bugs refusing to even fix a rotten handrail on second floor with handicap man and two small child.which cant even sleep in there bedroom due to mold.Stay away if your smart this place is no good and getting worst!

I advise anyone looking for an apartment to come to Westwood estates excellent place to live quiet neighborhood pet friendly the whole 9 yards the staff in the leasing office is tespectiful and Nice
