This Apartment is absolutely the best hidden gem in Columbia period. The location is great and the staff is awesome in the leasing Office especially Jaime! Me & partner love this apartment. The size is huge, what sold me on the property was the closet space and the updates on the apartment and the cost on a two bedroom 2 bath apt. We will stay here for awhile. Very quiet neighborhood also.

my boyfriend had lived here for 2 years. I recently moved into a bigger apartment here with him and we are more than satisfied! He had previouisly had issues with old management, but the new management crew has done a fantastic job making up for it. Jamie in the office is absolutely AMAZING and she made our transition to a new apartment as easy and stress free as possible and took care of all of our concerns in a timely manor! Our updated town house is also very nice and extremely affordable!
