my boyfriend had lived here for 2 years. I recently moved into a bigger apartment here with him and we are more than satisfied! He had previouisly had issues with old management, but the new management crew has done a fantastic job making up for it. Jamie in the office is absolutely AMAZING and she made our transition to a new apartment as easy and stress free as possible and took care of all of our concerns in a timely manor! Our updated town house is also very nice and extremely affordable!
With the New Mgt this place will be Awesome.
Lived here for 7 months. Office staff has changed five times. New management company bought the property so all the work orders I had in prior disappeared. Have to constantly remind the office and maintenance what needs to be fixed. Pest control didn't come to spray until I've requested it for three months and he only came once. Quail Hollow is very pet friendly as many residents have dogs. My problem is the residence not cleaning up after their dogs. We HAVE A DOG PARK for them to go and cleaned up after, but these inconsiderate pet owners have turned the entire grounds, where kids play, and between bldgs, a dog faces land mine. It's disgusting and it stinks horribly. If management could address and somehow enforce it that would be fantastic. Especially since the sign on the dog park says "leash, clean up after your pet or be fined. How about we just make the offenders clean it up for the whole property or have their pet evicted?? I'm tired of it. Seriously thinking of moving as soon as my lease is up.
