    For anyone looking for apartments I would highly recommend you first read the reviews on this site. They are all dated from 2013-2014. Not recent and alot has changed since then and not for the good. They claim they have newly renovated apartments but they have just been given a face lift. No real renovation occured at all. The amenities are seriously lacking as all they can offer is a pool, which is descent, and dog park that is a joke. They are under new owners and have a new property manager as well. My recommendation is to do your homework and shop around. Their rents for what they are offering are ridiculous high. Make a good informed decision and totally disregard all the old reviews.

    The water is always shut off for more than 6 hours a week. Water is included in the rent so this should not be a frequent issue. Office manager is terrible and difficult to work with.

    Under different management, Granby Oaks was a totally different experience. It's an awful shame because it's a prime location, and generally still quiet except during ball season, at which time you will get blasted with music from a new stadium on adjacent property. The trees are beautiful and the apartments are brick and spacious, unlike most newly constructed apartments. Michelle, the property manager, does the bare minimum to keep her superiors happy and keep the place from burning down (AGAIN). She mostly will smile to your face and stab you in the back, although she was short, petulant and dismissive with other tenants I knew. Unlike previous property managers, she does not live on the property herself, so after hours the complex is out of sight, out of mind. Insanely high electric bills. Regular water shutoffs. Lot of foot traffic around the property. Getting rundown, yet the rent goes up. Easlan is riding a great property down while milking it for all it's worth.

    The grounds are well-kept and established. Neighbors are friendly. The pool is very nice.

    The Management And Staff Are Very Friendly And Quick To Respond To Any Problem You May Have. The Area Is Very Peacefull And Very Well Kept. I Have Enjoyed Living Here For The Past Three Years.

    I am very happy with Granby Oaks Apartments, generally. I suggest greater security, such as cameras along the roads and between the buildings. Insulation needs to be placed in the attics to conserve heat and electricity. My living room, hall and dining room carpet is worn out. The kitchen floor is not much better. Ground fault outlets should replace the old ones in the bathrooms and kitchen.
