Needs some repairs...but ok

My kids a/c has been out for an entire month and still is. Maintenance came out to repair it and its still not working. My kids furniture and appliances had black sut from the torch the Mai fence guy use. He didnt clean up after the job. Earlier this week maintenance came by stating that they needed the portable a/c unit due to an emergency at another unit so it left my kids with nothing so they had to go purchase fans to keep the place cool but its very hard. The neighbors music is always loud throughout the night. I think the entire building were in smoke and you can smell it in your place. So glad when my kids find somewhere else because they wont be renewing
