Front office and Maintenance staff are far superior to other complexes. They are extremely prompt and take great pride in their work and are very helpful when needed.

This is one the most beautiful places in the Columbia area . It stands out from the rest of the apartments in the Lexington , Columbia area. The staff and maintenance are very nice, and the response to any questions or problems are fast. Also the grounds and buildings are always looking nice . Patsy and Clifford we love our home. Thank you for having us.

Amazing place to live! It truly is perfect. After months of living here I have never had a bug problem. Sometimes life gets crazy and I take a few days off from cleaning and never have I seen one ant or fly. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and active. Family friendly as well as homey for the single life.

The maintenance people are super lazy and management is lackluster. The apartments are okay but you can tell they cheaped out wherever they could get away with it. The gate and pool are ALWAYS broken. Someone ran their car into the front gate on Halloween and we did not see a functioning gate until well after the new year (and certainly no rent discount for the time period where they were not providing the amenities stated in the lease contract). They want to price themselves like they are high quality but they are simply mediocre. The mailboxes are confusing as the numbers do not correspond to the apartment numbers so mail is misplaced ALL the time, the front office opened a large package we had delivered and didn't let us know we had a package for pickup, management does not communicate with residence efficiently so they never give a full 24 hour notice before coming into your apartment (they put letters in your door the afternoon before even though they have the capability to email residents), our sink was full of dishes as we were out the night before and didn't have time to clear it before leaving for work the next morning so the maintenance worker didn't change the air filter and just left the new one leaning in the wall in our apartment with no note indicating why it was left this way, management sent us an email reprimanding our living standards and that maintenance couldn't preform their job because of it (we called management that day and they said there were no specifics only that there was an obstruction which we made sure the door to the filter closet was completely clear). We are happily leaving this spring.

Amazing community with gorgeous amenities and spacious apartments. Staff are always very kind and maintenance is great and will even change your lightbulbs! Pest control is included and valet waste trash is so convenient. If you want to live somewhere in a great location and with great customer service, choose Abberly Village!

Initially very impressed with maintenance staff. Have lost several employees and now only have one who seems to know what he is doing. Building have open hallways which are always dirty and had birds that have made their deposits in the hallways. Has not been cleaned up in several years. Office staff has also changed personnel over the time I have been a resident--not for the best. Several office personnel seem to think it is appropriate to lie about something than to say they don't know the answer. Would not chose this complex again.
