Sweetwater has everything! Gorgeous pool, docks for fishing, kayaks, boat ramp being built. The staff does tons of resident events, more than anywhere else I have lived. This is the best property by far in Charleston with the best amenities!
Love the area, love the staff, love the amenities, love the community and neighbors. Awesome place to be
We toured last week and are leasing a 1 bedroom. The office staff were friendly to work with and we are excited about looking at the water views. We will hopefully be here for many years to come.
The construction is behind schedule and a bit annoying at times. The location is good, however there is no turn in lane from the main road. This can be dangerous as the traffic moves at 50 mph on that road.
The staff is phenomenal and my apartment is perfect for my needs. The only thing I wish would be better is all the facilities to be finished but it looks like that will be done in the next couple of months.
