My apartment and others that I have seen here are extremely well designed and built. The apartment is managed as a true community and the management team is proactive about creating useful and fun activities and keeping us informed about them. They are very open to feedback and ideas from the residents and extremely responsive - more so than any other community I have lived in. The location is lovely and the pool, riverside docks with kayaks and canoes landings make it a pleasure to live here.
Sweetwater has everything! Gorgeous pool, docks for fishing, kayaks, boat ramp being built. The staff does tons of resident events, more than anywhere else I have lived. This is the best property by far in Charleston with the best amenities!
I enjoy living at Sweetwater for many reasons. The units are high-end with granite counter tops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, painted walls, white trim, screened-in porches and more. Beyond the unit itself the community is quiet, safe and clean. The staff is friendly and always answers your questions/needs quickly. The amenities including a wonderful pool, dog park, social events and food trucks make this community special. It is in an up and coming neighborhood that is close to I-526 and Daniel's Island. I would highly recommend this community!
Spacious floor plans, ample storage, and gorgeous amenities make this place wonderful to call home. Dog friendly, monthly social events and screened in porches are a few of our favorite things about living here. The staff take great care of our family and we are thrilled to be here.
We've been here for a month and love it so far! Easy access to 526 and steps away from the waterfront. Friendly/helpful staff, easy move in, great amenities. Very dog friendly, deep water dock access, and monthly social get togethers that make knowing your neighbors stress free. 5 out of 5!
