I have lived at Palmetto Place for less than a year and Im already looking to move out. The management is horrible, you have to ask for information multiple times in order to receive it. We had a bug problem that took months to be resolved, all while management is nonchalant and unconcerned. It took over a month for me to be able to speak to someone other than the property manager. Professionalism isnt a requirement here, and I would rather pay more money to live somewhere that values their residents and the peace of mind one should have at their home. I will say the accommodations are nice but the gym equipment is older and many machines are broken. I was considering allowing a friend to take over the remainder of my lease but the headache that has come with this property isnt anything I would wish on my worst enemy. Save yourself the frustration and live somewhere other than Palmetto Place.

Small and can hear everything from your neighbors. People speed thru the parking lot and the garbage compactor is forever broken. It's hard to get out of the parking lot and the management is not very friendly. No bike racks either makes it hard with kids. IT IS REALLY A MUST.

Convenient and good neighbors. Great schools.

The staff was extremely helpful,polite,friendly and professional. We loved all the people that work there. we had a maintenance problem very earlier in the morning and the response was swift and professional. We have lived at the apartment for twice for 6 months each time and we would come back and recommend the apartment complex to everyone.

The office staff and maintenance crew are excellent! Location is great, close to shopping, freeways, and the Fort Mill school district is #1 in the state and award winning. The grounds are well maintained. We always enjoyed the pool, grill and fitness area. This is a quiet community and an excellent choice for families with children and pets. Lived there for almost 6 yrs, only reason we moved was a home purchase.
