Overpriced rent for an apartment that dont have much room. Overcharged for fees. Apartments have cockroaches and townhomes have mice. The lady in the office is rude.
I currently live here. The place is in great shape and clean. The issues with the apartment itself are the appliances are old (but in good shape), there are no lights in the bedrooms or living room, and the closet doors open in (which makes 0 sense). The car wash is great. The office never answers their phone. You either need to leave a message and they call back or go down there. They have new staff that began around May 2018, only 2 people. They couldn't find our keys on the day we moved in, took them like 4 tries. Parking is great, no problems. Apartment stairs are a little slippery.
I wish I could give this place a zero!!! The staff is rude and unorganized. I traveled from NY to visit my daughter here...she kept the apartment clean and yet there were roaches everywhere. There was so much noise!!! I am disgusted. I was going to rent to be near to her and my grandchild. I would rather live in my car!
Really nice place to live. In my experience it was quiet and mostly peaceful. The palmetto park right besides it is a big plus, I took daily walks there. The staff was amazing in my opinion. Work orders did not take long to be addressed. The location is perfect because its downtown and you are close to everything. Even the Air Force base is only 10-15 min away. Overall great appartments.
Management is awful, especially if youre military
