Ashton Mill

Scenery is nice outside, BUT if you suspect repairs that might need to be done in the far future (about a year) I would NOT recommend this place. I complained to the main office 10 times (it will be 11 soon) about my kitchen having 6in dips in the floor; I live on the second floor. I told them everytime that it was VERY sketchy to walk on. They said they have someone out tomorrow if it was a Friday they would say Monday. Ive received a total of 3 work order paperwork from these 10 times, one of them being from a time my downstairs neighbors saying they had a leak in their ceiling. So technically I got 2 sheets of paperwork from the 10 time I complained, even though on the 8th time when I mentioned that I only had 1 sheet of paperwork (at the time) they took that sheet, wrote on it, and said theyd have someone out tomorrow. I got my 2nd sheet of paperwork after I complained the 10th time (I still dont have that 1st one I received). Aside from the paperwork, it took 3 inspections for them to figure out what they need to repair it. And on the 10th time (which included that 3rd inspection) they pulled out about 3ftx10ft worth of floor board and laid 2 scrap pieces of plywood of top. Its been near 5 months since my 1st complaint. I dont understand why I even had to go back to the office a 2nd time for this SAFETY VIOLATION! let alone 10 times!!! I am not happy! I pay my rent every month and Im deploying soon, so when I come back from the deployment I will NOT be looking to move back into Ashton Mills or any other associated residential areas of theirs like Dillon Trace.

This apartment complex is very sloppy. Wrongfully filed documents saying i did not pay my rent when i did. This also happened to another resident. Beware
