Tree Top Apartments

Think real hard about it before you sign a lease. It's shelter from the elements but that's about it. There's always issues. Melissa is very nice. I guess she does try to help.

Melissa is a sweetheart and as nice as can be, the apartment complex is very clean and beautiful inside and out. My wife and I love it!

I contacted more than 7 locations with my current cell phone number and could not get any of them to make contact with me. I had cash in hand (for rent), cash in hand (for deposit), and money for the power to be connected (AND NO CONTACT).

Horrible place have a huge rodent problem mice and rat as well as bugs... Dont ask them to do there job cause all they care about is getting there money ... Plus there never in the office and when they are in there they have the closed sign up with the door shut... This is a warning do not rent from this place u can definitely find something better

TRASH. During the 8 months I have been a resident at this location, I have had nothing but issues. I caught seven mice within the span of 4 hours. Maintenance did come out and solve that issue but guess what, they are back! The mice I can understand may be out of their control but my other issues are not. They converted their system to include utilities in the cost of rent and failed to mention to me that there was an error whilst doing so. This put my account at a balance of -$78. Note that I check this twice per month and I paid that amount before speaking to the office about the issue. After speaking with the office when arriving back in town, they claimed I would be refunded within seven business days. It has been three months with no further contact about refunds. My biggest complaint is my A/C unit is not cooling properly. They sent multiple contractors out to assess my on going issues and work orders. The contractors claimed the unit needed to be changed out and it can no longer be worked on due to it not meeting OSHA qualifications (Unit is dated 1969). Upon each contractor visit, I asked John(Maintenance) what the verdict was. Each time, I was told the unit needed to replaced and they were in the process of ordering said unit. I can no longer cook in this apartment as the temperatures rise to above 80 Degrees Fahrenheit. This means I have no choice but purchase food on my way home from work. I have been a very patient tenant with no further issues but I can no longer live like this. I have asked the office to mutually terminate the lease with them telling me to pay it out. Keep in mind, I am one of the only units that does not have an updated unit.

I’m quite new. Ben here since Dec.2023. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Maintenance is quick to reply and the leasing manager, Melissa Cannon is so very nice and helps any way she can. She is a Godsend.

I been Living at this apartment complex for 13 years now. Melissa is the best apartment manager that i have had since i have been here. She goes over her call of dutie for you . Thanks for all your help in the last year ! Tree top rocks because of you!

I’ve been living at this apartment complex since august 2023. Since living here I’ve enjoyed the peace and quiet. I love how people just mind their business & go on bout their day. The maintenance here is very quick to answer & always there when you need them. Any questions you have are always answered in a timely manner. Melissa is great to work with & she’ll help you with anything you need. I’ve enjoyed living here & plan to be here a while.

This is a very good place to live. Management is very friendly and helpful. A quiet place to live Apartments are very spacious.
